What is your body trying to tell you?
When you experience any ache, pain, or bodily symptom, it may be your subconscious attempting to communicate with you. Ignoring these signals can cause the discomfort to gradually worsen, persistently trying to capture your attention until the pain slightly increases. Your subconscious mind perceives the pain as logical, expecting it to make sense, yet you might remain unaware of its intended message. If neglected, the discomfort can escalate to a point where you experience a severe disease or illness, leading to hospitalization or the need for surgery. Since surgery is invasive and body parts, once removed, cannot be replaced, it's crucial to address and resolve issues beforehand. Your subconscious might question why you've allowed things to progress to such an extent and what message you're sending to yourself by neglecting the pain.
By the age of 30, many people begin to feel pain as a result of restrictions and dysfunction, with scar tissue hardening. It's also common for some to medicate this existential crisis, sometimes to the point of becoming addicted to numbing the pain or completely ignoring it. Some people go to the gym to work out, while others exercise as a means to manage their pain. Fluent in the language of the subconscious, I fully comprehend the reason behind each message it conveys through pain. Pain is akin to an engine light, signaling dysfunction, and it turns off once the pain has been alleviated. To remove pain, addressing the dysfunction rooted in scar tissue is necessary. Scar tissue forms as a way of shedding the linings of your organs, from head to toe, similar to how hair and nails are shed. This process also involves muscle tension releasing through the formation of scar tissue. This buildup is akin to why serpents shed their skin: to rejuvenate their bodies and become renewed, based on the removal of metabolized waste.
Metabolized waste can escalate from pain to an ache, similar to how it happens with teeth. When you feel the ache, it indicates decay, a natural part of existence. Conditions like headaches, backaches, plantar fasciitis, and hip aches are examples of this decay in muscle tissue, akin to gingivitis in the gums. I believe fibromyalgia is the muscle tissue's equivalent, where decay has set in, causing widespread aches. Your subconscious is guiding you to seek treatment from a structural integration therapist, such as Dameion Hines. With 25 years of experience in understanding the subconscious dialogue your body engages in, I know how to halt this conversation. The process involves grooming and the removal of shedding to purify the muscle tissue and enhance joint function, similar to how a serpent sheds its metabolized waste. Through my methods, you can shed pain in the same manner. My tools allow me to apply ten times more pressure to areas of scar tissue, helping to dismantle dysfunction and rejuvenate tissue.
Heavy Elbow Bodywork StylesStructural Integration
Experience my transformative 10-step process, featuring ten focused 2 hour sessions. Optional additional sessions are available to help you gain an inch in height, alleviate 4000 knots, and dissolve adhesions akin to ice cubes in common trouble spots. This process not only enhances joint mobility but also harmonizes your entire myofascial system, encompassing organs, sinuses, spine, and skeletal structure. The result? A posture optimized for peak functionality. Through this unique approach, we address 20 years' worth of adhesions in a single 10-session series, inspired by Dr. Ida P. Rolf's groundbreaking work in structural integration. To amplify the effects, I incorporate my custom muscle tools for deeper fascial movement.
Soft Tissue Hygiene
Engage in targeted myofascial release using specialized tools and tailored bodywork techniques. This method is designed to thoroughly cleanse and eliminate old adhesions that may hinder muscle fibers, ligaments, skeletal alignment, or even cause nerve compression. Suitable for various situations, it promotes optimal muscle function. For those who have explored other therapies with limited success, this process can be a game-changer—whether as a precursor to or following surgery. Particularly effective for ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release refers to the manual massage technique that claims to release adhered fascia and muscles with the goal of eliminating pain, increasing range of motion and equilibrioception. Myofascial release usually involves applying shear compression or tension in various directions, cross fiber friction or by skin rolling.[44]
Medical Massage
Main article: Medical massage is a controversial term in the massage profession.[38] Many use it to describe a specific technique. Others use it to describe a general category of massage and many methods such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy as well as osteopathic techniques, cranial-sacral techniques and many more can be used to work with various medical conditions.[39]
Massage used in the medical field includes decongestive therapy used for lymphedema[9] which can be used in conjunction with the treatment of breast cancer. Light massage is also used in pain management and palliative care. Carotid sinus massage is used to diagnose carotid sinus syncope and is sometimes useful for differentiating supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) from ventricular tachycardia. It, like the valsalva maneuver, is a therapy for SVT.[40] However, it is less effective than management of SVT with medications.[41]
A 2004 systematic review found single applications of massage therapy "reduced state anxiety, blood pressure, and heart rate but not negative mood, immediate assessment of pain, and cortisol level", while "multiple applications reduced delayed assessment of pain", and found improvements in anxiety and depression similar to effects of psychotherapy.[42] A subsequent systematic review published in 2008 found that there is little evidence supporting the use of massage therapy for depression in high quality studies from randomized controlled trials.[43]
Structural Integration
Structural Integration's aim is to unwind the strain patterns residing in the body's myofascial system, restoring it to its natural balance, alignment, length, and ease. This is accomplished by deep, slow, fascia and myofascial manipulation, coupled with movement re-education. There are various brands of Structural Integration are Rolfing, Hellerwork, Guild for Structural Integration, Aston Patterning,[7]Soma,[48] and Kinesis Myofascial Integration.[49] (Disclaimer: I am NOT a certified Rolfer and I am NOT affiliated or endorsed as a member of the Rolf Institute as these terms are Exclusive to ONLY graduates and members in good standing with the Rolf Institute.)
Rolfing
Rolfing is a form of alternative medicine originally developed by Ida Rolf (1896–1979) as Structural Integration.[2][3] It is typically delivered as a series of ten hands-on physical manipulation sessions sometimes called "the recipe". It is based on Rolf's ideas about how the human body's "energy field" can benefit when aligned with the Earth's gravitational field.[4][5] Practitioners combine superficial and deep manual therapy with movement prompts.[6] The process is sometimes painful.[7
